Holiday Inn Express & Suites Auburn by IHG

I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Auburn in March 2025 and had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent; Carmen at the front desk was super friendly and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay. Service with a smile! I was with family so we had a room with 2 queen beds and it was very spacious, beds were very comfortable, lots of outlets for charging, and everything was clean. It was a great room. Last part was the hot breakfast- delicious! Great selection of food and drinks and everything was tasty. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel smells awesome, was super clean everywhere and breakfast was good. The room was spotless and smelled really good too. My Mother and I were up there for a funeral from Florida. Places down here from the humidity have to do ten times a much to keep humidity damage at bay. I think that really works to their advantage up north. The staff was also really nice and helpful and Johnny on the spot with everything. A+

After a fiasco with another hotel, this one turned my whole evening around. Great service, clean and comfortable room, and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The whole experience was easy and pleasant. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stay at Holiday Inn.

My son and I stayed at Holiday Inn due to an emergency repair situation at home. The check-in process was fast and easy. I stayed in the car while my son did the actually work checking in. The day before check-out, we found that the repairs at home were going to take longer than expected because of a major storm. I received the wrong name of the person to discuss extending my reservation and when I went to the desk the next day to speak with the person, I was told that she wouldn't be there until after 2:00 when I was previously told 10:00. I went back down later and was told, by her, that she was the wrong person to speak about my inquiry. I had left my name and room number and reason for speaking to her, why could she have not contacted me when she received the message. I was able to speak with Patricia eventually and we straightened everything out by getting an email authorization. I also had problems getting the heat to register in the room and only got cold air blasting out of the system. When I went to the desk to inquire why and how to use the heat, the person at the desk stated that she didn't know because she had never stayed in any of the rooms and had never learned of the system. Her only suggestion was to not use the temperature control located on the wall. I thought that the bathroom was not as well-kept as the room itself specifically, the sink was not asthetic to the image associated with the hotel based on the prices that were charged. The breakfast was very good withany choices and the option to bring a muffin or a few pieces of fruit in a to-go bag. Yogurt as well. Appreciated the self-service coffee machine available at all hours!!!

Staff was great and very friendly breakfast was fantastic and good everything I'm the breakfast area was clean and restocked on top of everything would definitely make another trip

Penny and her team were fabulous! Very welcoming & helped me make a training session with a few coworkers a seamless experience.

I stay here quite frequently. Its very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! I absolutely recommend people stay here. The breakfast is decent. The coffee is delicious. They even have new coffee machines that grind the beans for you!! Yes the hotel is next to the highway but you cant even hear it when you are in the room.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The hotel was clean and quiet. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Indian Ranch. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to the staff for making our trip such a memorable one.
